FORT MYERS — A former maintenance worker has filed a class-action lawsuit against his previous employers for alleged unpaid overtime wages.
Bradley Goodson filed a complaint on behalf of himself and those similarly situated Sept. 19 in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division, against J.J.F. Construction & Property Management Inc., Jarek Freund, Slawomir Freund and Ariel Freund, alleging that they failed to provide fair compensation to the plaintiff for his work.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between January 2013 and March 2016, he worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime compensation.
