Cruise 04

MIAMI – A Louisiana woman alleges she suffered severe injuries after a massage while on a cruise on the Carnival Elation.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 15, 2015, she sustained physical injuries, including a fractured hip and back injuries, while getting a bamboo massage on the ship's Cloud 9 Spa.
