TAMPA – A suit has been filed against a Pinellas County man over allegations that he defaulted on a student loan.
United States of America filed a complaint on Sept. 9 in the Tampa Division for the Middle District of Florida against Jonathan D. Anderson alleging that the individual failed to settle his debt with plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Anderson failed to pay the principal amount of his debt with plaintiff plus interest.
The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $5,652.31 plus interest of $2,416.28, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Steven M. Davis of Becker & Poliakoff PA in Coral Gables.
