Former All Professional Crew Services Inc. employee alleges he is owed overtime wages

Law money 01

MIAMI – A Miami-Dade County man alleges that his former employer only paid him at a straight time rate for all hours worked.

Felix Alexander Perez Sanchez filed a complaint on behalf of himself and all others similarly situated on Aug. 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against All Professional Crew Services Inc. and Jeremy C. Rodriguez alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was employed by the defendants from February 2015 to August and worked on average of 66 hours per week. The plaintiffs hold All Professional Crew Services Inc. and Jemmy C. Rodriguez responsible because the defendants allegedly refused to pay plaintiff overtime wages at a rate of time-and-one-half for all hours worked over 40 in a week.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks double damages, attorney's fees, costs, interest and any other relief that the court finds reasonable. He is represented by J.H. Zidell of J.H. Zidell PA in Miami Beach.
