MIAMI – A reference data analyst alleges that he was wrongfully denied disability benefits.

Sachem Clark filed a complaint on Aug. 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against The Prudential Insurance Co. of America alleging that the insurance firm denied plaintiff's claim for disability benefits.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 13, 2015, he became disabled and filed for a claim for long-term disability benefits but was denied on Dec. 4, 2015. The plaintiff holds The Prudential Insurance Co. of America responsible because the defendant allegedly upheld its decision to deny plaintiffs' disability claims despite being disabled under the terms of the plan.

The plaintiff seeks payment of disability benefits, reinstatement to the long-term disability plan plus all ancillary benefits, all legal fees and interest and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Cesar Gavidia and Gregory Michael Dell of Attorneys Dell and Schaefer, Chartered in Hollywood.
