Bonita Dental Care PA, others accused of not making loan payments

FORT MYERS – A Texas-based bank claims that it is owed for a loan.

American Momentum Bank filed a complaint on May 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers Division against Bonita Dental Care PA, Eck Management Inc., Frederick J. Eck and Charles M. Wallace alleging breach of guarantees and foreclosure of security interest.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it is owed $443,820.42 for a loan from the defendants. The plaintiff holds Bonita Dental Care PA, Eck Management Inc., Eck and Wallace responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to make timely principal and interest payments that became due and owing.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant Bonita Dental Inc. foreclosing its security interest in the personal property, compensation for all damages, plus interest, attorney's fees and costs.
