Money owed

MIAMI – A personal trainer is suing a fitness center over allegations of unpaid overtime.

Jonathan Valentin filed a complaint on March 8 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against 24 Hour Fitness USA Inc., citing violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he has not received overtime compensation for all hours worked in excess of the 40-hour work week.
