Dali Logistics LLC accused of breach of contract

MIAMI – A Denmark common carrier is suing over claims it was not paid to transport goods.

Maersk Line filed a complaint on March 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division against Dali Logistics LLC and Fernando Cassingena, citing breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has not received payment for cargo transportation services rendered. The plaintiff holds Dali Logistics LLC and Cassingena responsible because the defendants allegedly refused to pay the amount due and owing.

The plaintiff seeks the following: compensation for damages in the amount of $7,222.50, plus interest, costs of this suit, prejudgment and post-judgment interest, reasonable attorney's fees and any further relief that the court may deem just and proper.
