Time

MIAMI — A Broward County man has filed a class-action suit against a Pompano remodeling company and its owner, claiming the firm did not properly pay overtime wages.

The plaintiff seeks the following: compensation for liquidated damages, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, pre-judgment interest and any or all other relief that are applicable. He is represented by Keith M. Stern of Law Office of Keith M Stern, P.A. in Boca Raton.
