MIAMI – The American Association for Justice (AAJ) has elected Julie Braman Kane as the president of the organization.

WEST PALM – Four lawyers from Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Prather, Keen & Littky-Rubin have been named to Florida Trend's Legal Elite 2016 list.

?TAMPA – An attorney from The Florida Law Group has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star of 2016.

ORLANDO – Florida Trend Magazine's Legal Elite List has once again named William Umansky as a prominent lawyer to include this year. He was first featured on the list in 2012, then again in 2014 and 2015.

MIAMI -- The legal battle between a prominent Florida art dealer and Miami Dade College has come to a halt following the court’s decision to table the discussion. The court declared the case premature, since the alleged actions have yet to be officially confirmed.

ATLANTA -- Former students from Jensen Beach High School lost their appeal against the Martin County School District regarding the alleged infringement of their constitutional rights during their 2014 prom when they were ordered to take Breathalyzer tests before being permitted to enter the venue.

TALLAHASSEE -- Despite the possibility of a Supreme Court challenge to the ruling on the private school tax credit case, parents and leaders supporting the cause remain optimistic of the future. 

TALLAHASSEE – Kelly Overstreet Johnson, an executive from Baker Donelson, has been named a Florida Super Lawyer.  

TALLAHASSEE – Five lawyers from the Radey Law Firm were named in the 2016 edition of the Florida Super Lawyers list: David Yon, Donna Blanton, Christopher Lunny, Rex Ware and Harry Thomas.
