Krystle Mack sues David Denkler and Robert Demaio for damages from a motor vehicle accident

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Krystle Mack has filed a lawsuit against defendants David Denkler and Robert Demaio. The case number is 24-001648-CI and was filed on April 12, 2024. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants' negligence led to a motor vehicle accident resulting in significant damages to Mack.

Mack's legal representation is Harran Udell from Morgan & Morgan Orlando P.A. The incident occurred on May 10, 2023, when Mack was operating a motor vehicle near Ulmerton Rd and Seminole Blvd in Largo, Pinellas County, Florida. It is alleged that Denkler negligently operated or maintained the motor vehicle owned by Demaio which resulted in a collision with Mack's vehicle.

The complaint states that as a result of the accident, Mack suffered bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life among other damages. Additionally, her automobile was damaged and she lost its use during the period required for its repair or replacement.

Mack is seeking judgment against both defendants individually and jointly for an amount exceeding $50,000 plus costs, interest and attorney’s fees. She also requests a trial by jury of all issues triable as of right by a jury.
